Warranty Policy

Effective Date: 04 February 2025

1. Warranty Coverage

  • All electronic devices sold by NCIEM.DE are covered by a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty unless stated otherwise.
  • Accessories and peripheral items come with a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal usage conditions.

2. How to Claim Warranty

To initiate a warranty claim, contact us at [email protected] with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Delivery address (this address will be used for pickup and return)

You must submit:

  • A copy of the original invoice
  • The warranty card (if included with the product)

3. Repair & Replacement Terms

  • Warranty repairs are generally completed within 15 working days (excluding shipping time).
  • If parts are unavailable or repairs are delayed due to manufacturer-related issues, customers may be:
  • Provided with a temporary replacement, or
  • Compensated based on the item’s value and the number of delayed days, as per manufacturer policy.

If a product cannot be repaired and is still under warranty, we may offer a replacement or a refund, subject to manufacturer approval.

4. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Damage caused by liquid exposure, drops, misuse, or accidents
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Damage during shipping due to improper packing by the customer
  • Items not securely packed in the original box. If damage occurs due to poor packing, the product will be returned without repair.

5. Free Pickup & Delivery (EU Only)

  • Products under warranty are eligible for free pickup and delivery within the EU.
  • Delivery time is typically 4–7 business days and is not counted within the repair period.
  • Customers may also contact the manufacturer’s authorized service center directly. We will share all necessary contact details upon request.
